I am Ward Richmond

I am from Dallas, TX.

Since 2006, I have worked in the industrial real estate sector completing over 1000 transactions throughout North America resulting in billions of dollars in volume acting as a broker, developer and investor. I have worked at Colliers (NASDAQ: CIGI) since 2012 where I currently serve as Vice Chairman.

I love the commercial real estate business and the logistics business and I am very thankful for the opportunity to play a part in working to enhance our global supply chain.

I am a former touring musician and a lifelong athlete as well as a mental health advocate.

I have attended countless retreats and seminars with world class teachers including Carissa Schumacher, Baron Baptiste, Tony Robbins, Grant Cardone, Wim Hof, and Dr. Joe Dispenza in an effort to optimize my life financially, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I enjoy reading, writing and speaking about CRE, eCommerce, the logistics industry and all things Mental, Physical and Spiritual Health. I've been featured in the Wall Street Journal and on podcasts like the GaryVee Audio Experience, The Grant Cardone Zone and Supply Chain Now.

Most importantly, I am a dad to my two young kids, Betty and Levi. I'm divorced but I'm still good friends with their mom and love them all very much.

Last but not least, I am on the board of the JDRF to help support finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes which my daughter Betty was diagnosed with at Age 4. Hit me up if you would like to support this wonderful cause!
